The main problem in the elementary school of the Normal Higher School,  is that the great majority of its teachers,present difficult in teaching English with its four skill, w hich reduces the possibility of implementing the project for bilingualism in our institution and develop effective classroom practices,for which the For which the project focuses on learning English as a second language, from the earliest years of school life, from basic vocabularies with their respective phonetics, writing and grammar, through the use of ICTs.project focuses on learning English as a second language, from the earliest years of school life, from basic vocabularies with their respective phonetics, writing and grammar, through the use of ICTs.   

The MEN project " strengthening development of foreingn  language skills", has among other things, the purpose of  transforming classroom practices by motivating teachers to  use Information Technology and Communication Tics to  improve English skills.. As has been described in the problem, the greatest deficiency in developing communicative competence in English is precisely, not having enough teachers who can develop this activity. Also in this, the use of Tics is considered as valuable tools to initiate from an early age in the children and in teachers involved in the project, the process for the development of communicative skills. Implement the "Let's learn English in a funny way" classroom project to start at an early age in children and teachers involved, the development of motivating and innovative activities, To progressively acquire the command of English, through the use of Tics and the collaboration of students of higher grades, as a contribution to strengthening communicative competence in English.

·  Using the Tics for the development of communicative skills in the area of English in students and teachers. ·   Constructing didactic material in conjunction with teachers and students of higher grades. ·   Carrying out the strengthening of the activities developed through the Tics and the collaboration of students of the Cicle of Complementary Formation . ·   Propitiating the development of skills for oral expression and written comprehension simultaneously. ·  Motivate children to learn English as a second language.

The teaching of English in primary is based on the holistic approach  and the communicative method of the language, where the  learning of the English is promoted in an integrated and significant  environment for the boys and girls since the activities of the  classroom incorporate creativity and movement , Body and mind,  which will lead students to an effective communication of the  language. On the other hand, the use of new technologies applied to  teaching  and the clear influence of other disciplines such as  psychology, neuro-linguistics, or emotional learning, have allowed  to provide the most theoretical contents of a subject (in this case  English Phonetics) a more practical approach, with exits that allow  the student not only theorize about the course contents, but also,  apply this new knowledge to the world around them. During the development of the project will use varied and      interactive techniques, pedagogical strategies using ICTs, as  well as individual and group activities and specific  techniques   that manage to be combined with the interactive  game play  methodology, permanent and competitive game  of  lotteries, Puzzles, soups of letters, crosswords, among  others. In higher courses (first onwards), prayers, dialogues  and short paragraphs will be organized with the thematic  content implicit in the materials being used. Grammar will not be taught in isolation but within the content  treated in the classroom, and will be done gradually from the  easy to the difficult. The "LET'S LEARN IN A FUNNY WAY" classroom pedagogical project is based on the development of four listening, writing, reading and speaking skills in English, aimed at a restless and hairy group of second-grade primary school students through Use of Tics, play activities, Bunny Bonita strategy and the support of advanced students of the higher courses, in order to motivate students in the acquisition of knowledge in an active, playful, creative and constructive way; At the forefront of technological strategies.

The topics discussed will be evaluated, with activities such as match, complete, identification of   vocabulary in order to    continue detecting difficulties,  achievements and progress of  children in this area

The evaluation focuses on the content immersed in each activity  (students), as well as in the project. It¨s would be done  continuously. The children will do a Pictionary, this will be done  with each theme and in each home, with the help of their parents;  at the end of the project, there would be a record of how many  children reached the proposed accomplishments, through a  written test and all the follow-up done in each subject. In addition,  how many teachers and students in higher grades and Involved, a brief description of the impact of the project on the school, aspects to improve, among others.

Although this project does not show the diagnosis stage, if it  was done, by direct observation in the classroom and  diagnostic tests of this area at the beginning of the year,  detecting the weaknesses that are intended to strengthen in  students through the project . The use of ICTs as an attractive strategy for students in foreign  language learning allows the primary school teacher to teach  phonetics, listening, writing and grammar from an early age. The motivation that is introduced to the child, in any area,  generates in this, a learning with high performance. Collaborative learning (group work) with the participation of  students of higher grades, constitutes a tool of great impact in  the teaching-learning process. The elaboration of the PICTIONARY, which allows parents to  be  involved in teaching children and reinforcing vocabulary at  home in a fun way.
