The MEN project " strengthening development of foreingn  language skills", has among other things, the purpose of  transforming classroom practices by motivating teachers to  use Information Technology and Communication Tics to  improve English skills.. As has been described in the problem, the greatest deficiency in developing communicative competence in English is precisely, not having enough teachers who can develop this activity. Also in this, the use of Tics is considered as valuable tools to initiate from an early age in the children and in teachers involved in the project, the process for the development of communicative skills. Implement the "Let's learn English in a funny way" classroom project to start at an early age in children and teachers involved, the development of motivating and innovative activities, To progressively acquire the command of English, through the use of Tics and the collaboration of students of higher grades, as a contribution to strengthening communicative competence in English.

The teaching of English in primary is based on the holistic approach  and the communicative method of the language, where the  learning of the English is promoted in an integrated and significant  environment for the boys and girls since the activities of the  classroom incorporate creativity and movement , Body and mind,  which will lead students to an effective communication of the  language.
